At Anywhere Real Estate (“Anywhere”), we strive to provide a secure and healthy atmosphere for employees, customers, shareholders, vendors, and visitors alike. As a company, our goal is to offer every employee a reliable, confidential, and anonymous communication tool to report issues of concern and/or violations of our company policies in a timely manner.
This service is an enhancement, not a replacement, of our current policies and procedures. Please feel free to continue to use existing procedures and protocols if you feel comfortable doing so. This may include, but is not limited to, discussing the issue with your manager, human resources representative, or contacting the Code of Ethics Line. We will ensure that your issue will be assigned to the appropriate team to address your concerns.
A good faith report of a concern or violation will not result in any negative action taken against you. Retaliation of any kind will not be tolerated by Anywhere in response to any reports submitted.
